Speeding — Shawna B. Hernandez, 51, of Bricelyn; fined $125.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Conor D. Franklin, 18, of Winnebago; fined $110.

Front and rear license plates required — David C. Spies, 60, of Rochester; fined $115.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Travis W. Loegering, 39, of Wells; fined $135.

Richard C. Schroeder, 68, of Wells was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc., by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, were both dismissed.

Ryan H. Wirkus, 39, of Blue Earth was convicted of violate limited drivers license conditions-license not in possession; fined $500, restitution $500, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Additional charge of traffic collision-injury, death or vehicle damage (driver fails to give information) was dismissed.

Anthony L. Weber, 37, of Albert Lea was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 80 days, credit for time served 80 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation agent upon release from jail, complete Rule 25 assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Zachary M. John Harris, 29, of Mason City, Iowa, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Hayley D. Olson, 20, of Wells was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $150. Convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
