Following too close than reasonable — Faith A. Poppe, 18, of Northrop; fined $135.

Failure of driver turning left ti yield right-of-way to oncoming traffic — Charlotte A. Dobie, 79, of Truman; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Ashley M. Willett, 21, of Albert Lea; fined $135.

Dean R. Kotewa, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree burglary; fined $1,358.84, restitution $773.84, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served five days, serve as work release if eligible, two years supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the updated chemical dependency assessment dated 1/3/2020, complete outpatient chemical dependency treatment at Fountain Centers and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, remain law-abiding, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no contact with victim or family, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc., by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage, and trespassing-occupy or enter locked dwelling or posted building, were both dismissed.

Amber C. Egdorf, 37, of Alpha was convicted of owner allows illegal operation; fined $185. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $40. Additional charges of no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and window tint violation-no permanent marking of transmittance and reflectance, were both dismissed.

Luke W. Gaul, 24, of Worthington was convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
