Migratory birds-violate federal regulations — Michael J. Diel, 33, of Amboy; Kahlaiya L. Harms, 19, of Amboy; each fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Ashley M. Black, 28, of no address given; fined $285.

Larry J. Furland, 45, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 37 days, three years supervised probation, complete treatment successfully at RS Eden and follow all discharge recommendations, report to agent as directed, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as approved by agent, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for three years, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

One felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard, and additional misdemeanor charges of domestic assault-subsequent conviction, and interrupt, interfere, impede, or disrupt 911 emergency telephone call/ communications, were all dismissed.

Lori K. Farley, 49, of Wells was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, due within 90 days. Additional charges of controlled substance possession of schedule V substance, introducing contraband into a jail, failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.

Andrew S. Biddle, 43, of Kiester was convicted of prohibited lights-bright light directed more than 75 feet of vehicle; fined $135. Also convicted of hunting violation-transportation of loaded firearm; fined $100.
