Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Abbie J. Ensrud, 39, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Russell D. Dunn-Foster, 50, of Rochester; fined $135.

Wireless communications device-initiate, compose, send, retrieve or read electronic message — Keya M. Ricard, 34, of Trimont; fined $135.

Animal nuisance violation-barking — Brian L. Johnson, 43, of Trimont; fined $135.

Ashia F. Linnsey Bates, 36, of Westland, Mich. received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail nine days, credit for time served nine days, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a licensed physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charges of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.

Nathan L. Julin, 32, of Truman received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $485, sentenced to jail 38 days, credit for time served 38 days, five years supervised probation, restitution reserved, report to agent as directed, obtain employment, maintain employment, successfully complete inpatient treatment at Keystone Treatment Center and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no assault, refrain from any assaultive, abusive or violent behaviors including harassment, stalking and threats of violence, pay for, participate in and successfully complete domestic violence program as directed by supervising agent and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Jamie M. Hugoson, 42, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $416.81, restitution $416.81, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Kayla K. Kelly, 35, of Lone Rock, Iowa was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $497.48, restitution $497.48, sentenced to jail 180 days, stayed 180 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Oscar E. Patlan Ochoa, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.
