Underage alcohol consumption — Benjamin C. Johnson, 19, of Granada; Jasmine B. Vongsy, 18, of Granada; each fined $185.

Emily B. Morse, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of counterfeiting of currency-uttering or possessing; fined $85, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, credit for time served six days, serve as work release if eligible, two years supervised probation, comply with all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment dated 12/17/19, follow all instructions of probation, may be furloughed for treatment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training if directed by agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served six days, concurrent with other case, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, comply with all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment dated 12/17/19, may be furloughed for treatment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Gerald D. Brummond, 54, of Truman was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Abelardo Flores, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of trespassing-return to property within one year; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no same or similar.

Randy A. Merrill, 48, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $50, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Nicholas A. O’Brien, 28, of Welcome was convicted of operate motor vehicle after license cancellation, revocation or suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver to stop for a stop sign; fined $50.
