Parking violation-parked over 24 hours — Jeffery L. Heitz, 57, of Fairmont; fined $72.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Jonathan A. Portillo, 29, of Willmar; Sawyer C. Krenz, 25, of Truman; each fined $110.

No insurance-owner violation — Joshua J. Smith, 22, of Owatonna; fined $285.

Stephen R. Holtz, 53, of Sherburn was convicted on two separate charges of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110 for each charge.

Chadd A. Mayer, 53, of Rochester was convicted of ignition interlock restriction violation; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Shawn L. Shoen, 47, of Truman was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Russell M. Williams, 43, of Trimont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $310, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Leeann S. Kroc, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of public nuisance violation; fined $185. Also convicted of dog at large; fined $135.

Darian Jimenez, 29, of West Palm Beach, Fla., was convicted of fail to display current registration; fined $115. Also convicted of wrong class/no endorsement; fined $100. Also convicted of fail to properly mak CMV (name/DOT number); fined $50. Also convicted of taillights violation-two working; fined $40.
