Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class or type — NoJ Ambrosio Abner A, 33, of Eagle Grove, Iowa; fined $185.
Driving after suspension — Dakota J. Norris, 20, of Wells; fined $285.
Joseph J. Belaski III, 39, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, may serve 23 days on EHM with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the current chemical dependency assessment, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, don’t enter bars or liquor stores, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving after revocation, and no proof of insurance, were all dismissed.
Damian A. Harroun-Carrera, 19, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Raul Rodriguez, 30, of San Benito, Texas, was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of displaying expired registration; fined $115.
Joseph Passafaro, 56, of Oak Creek, Wis., was convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $785. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

DISTRICT COURT
Damian D. Lindsey, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days. Additional charges of driving after revocation, fail to deliver title certificate to transferee within 10 days, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.
Anthony B. McAllister, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damages (other circumstances); fined $459.88, restitution $459.88, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 69 days, more do STS while in custody, pay restitution. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene was dismissed.
Thomas P. Miller, 56, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 56 days, restitution reserved, certificate to be filed within 30 days.
