Speeding — Dean M. Brown, 69, of Billing, Mont.; fined $125.

Kamryn W. Halverson, 20, of Shakopee; fined $135.

Ahmed Abdillahi Ahmed, 49, of Roseville; fined $225.

Roman L. Jahnke, 31, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jazmin L. Moreno, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed eight days for six months, credit for time served two days, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death was dismissed.

Tracy L. DeJaynes, 50, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure of driver turning left to yield right-of-way to oncoming traffic; fined $135, six months unsupervised probation, restitution to remain open for 60 days, no same or similar.

Alexander J. Emory, 29, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 6/24/19, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Donald L. Fort, 36, of Oakland received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 12 days, credit for time served 12 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 24 hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the current chemical dependency assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 78 days for one year, credit for time served 12 days, one year supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel. Additional charges of driving after revocation, no proof of insurance, and speeding, were all dismissed.
