Uninsured vehicle-driver violation — Raquel A. Banda, 26, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Raymond Matthew B. Niezgocki, 33, of Trimont; fined $285.

Gilberto Amaro Jr., 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Adam J. Selbrade Bryan, 28, of New Ulm was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to obey traffic control device; fined $135.

Deanna M. Nielsen, 37, of Truman was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $110, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of controlled substances, were both dismissed.

Amber J. Schuld, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and uninsured vehicle-owner violation, were both dismissed.

Laura A. Viland, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved, no same or similar.

Amber L. Wayman, 28, of Fairmont had a charge of dog at large-first offense continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Robert S. Armstrong, 41, of Flandreau, S.D., was convicted of hands free law-initiate, compose, send, retrieve or read electronic message; fined $135. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.

Lester M. Lopez Jarquin, 22, of Milwaukee, Wis., was convicted of no insurance-driver violation; fined $285. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Ruby L. Olgin, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $285. Additional charge of child passenger restraint system no fastened for child under 8 years old and 57 inches tall was dismissed.

Curtis L. Schultz, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol consumption 0.08 within two hours; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, remain law-abiding, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of controlled substances, were both dismissed.
