Headlamps required on all motor vehicles (except motorcycles) — Matthew R. Mattin, 34, of Winnebago; fined $125.

Failure to drive with due care — Fabian Abarca Esquivel, 26, of Hidalgo, Texas; fined $125.

Traffic regulations-(u-turn) — Mark S. Trembley, 50, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Failure of driver to stop for stop sign — Kasey M. Wibbens, 27, of Delavan; fined $135.

Failure of driver approaching yield sign to yield to crossing vehicles and pedestrians — Alvin D. Goraczkowski, 26, of Delavan; fined $135.

Rory J. Anderson, 45, of Frost was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Lane R. Pursel, 54, of Wells was convicted of theft-intent to exercise temporary control; fined $85, due within 60 days, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, restitution reserved for 30 days. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185, due within 30 days. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Andrew L. Cartwright, 40, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving restrictions-drive, operate or control motor vehicle without ignition interlock; fined $200, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Brayden L. Delafuente, 21, of Winnebago was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 93 days, credit for time served 93 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, restitution reserved for 30 days, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO), complete outpatient treatment as recommended in Rule 25 assessment and follow all recommendations of aftercare, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent and take first available intake date, no assault, threatening or harassing behavior while on probation, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Two additional felony charges of domestic assault by strangulation, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and two misdemeanor charges of domestic assault, and interrupt, interfere, impede or disrupt 911 emergency call, were all dismissed.

Jessica L. Loken, 20, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Raeanna M. Skilling, 22, of Wells was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of license instruction permit violations-requirements for persons 18 years or older; fined $135.
