Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — Brittni M. Gleason, 30, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Joselisa Alvarado, 26, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service six days for indeterminate, attend and participate in individual therapy and follow all recommendations, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Tyler J. Thoeny, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $300, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, attend individual therapy until appropriately discharged, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Nicole J. Castelline, 43, of Trimont was convicted of junk vehicle; fined $50, 30 days unsupervised probation, provide proof to the court that the vehicle has been removed from the property. Also convicted of junk violation; fined $135. Additional charge of junk violation was dismissed.

James J. McIntosh III, 28, of Mankato was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction; sentenced to jail 249 days, credit for time served 249 days.

Erin M. Lawrence, 21, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
