Amy F. Whitcomb, 40, of Colgate, Wis.; fined $145.

Cory R. Piringer, 27, of Amboy was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 353 days for two years, credit for time served 12 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete chemical dependency assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, complete psychological evaluation/ treatment within 60 days and follow recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of over four grams of marijuana in motor vehicle was dismissed.

Kain B. Jepson, 25, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $300, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no same or similar, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of obstruct lawful execution of legal process; fined $300, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree criminal damage to property, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Dale R. Koenig, 62, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic assault; fined $385, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served three days. One additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault, were both dismissed.

Benjamin R. Koble, 31, of Waseca had a charge of CMV violation-cargo not secured for heavy vehicle, equipment or machinery continued for dismissal; fined $235, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Kyan C. Brown, 19, of Fountain City, Wis. was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
