Patricia L. Brakke, 30, of Alpha received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 52 days, credit for time served 52 days, five years supervised probation, pay restitution within two years, complete chemical assessment within 60 days of sentencing, follow recommendations of evaluation, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Darren A. Dollen, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $110, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served one day, serve as work release if eligible, serve one day in jail and 29 days on EHM with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay required fee, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of third-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Tederian C. Hughes, 36, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $735, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 17 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 17 days, five years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, participate in individual counseling, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Brent N. Shaikoski, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.
