Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Ashley L. Adams, 32, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Expired drivers license for person under 21 — Samuel W. Maras, 20, of Jackson; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Wayner A. Lopez, 30, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Dominic T. Williams, 28, of Welcome was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree aiding an offender with manslaughter-culpable negligence creating unreasonable risk; fined $2,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 33 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 40 days, may work STS while in custody if meet the jail’s qualifications, five years supervised probation, restitution reserved for 60 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all aftercare recommendations from Fountain Centers of Fairmont, participate in counseling until discharged by therapist, no contact with witness(es), follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of third-degree aiding an offender with murder-obstruct investigation or prosecution of crime, and a misdemeanor charge of interference with dead body or scene of death-conceal evidence, were both dismissed.

Adrien Almanza, 21, of Austin was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
