Operate motor vehicle after license suspension, revocation or cancellation — Kristie L. Harroun, 41, of Winnebago; fined $285.

Delta D. Rademaker, 44, of Ceylon received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Steven A. Persinger, 33, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of second-degree assault-dangerous weapon; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 40 days, seven years supervised probation, pay restitution as filed by the prosecuting attorney within 30 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, successfully complete all treatment requirements and follow all recommendations of care and aftercare, successfully complete anger management as directed by supervising agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by medical provider, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 40 days. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.

Sarah M. Alar, 41, of Truman had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Gary S. Connett, 58, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment and provide proof of completion to Martin County Court administration, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving while impaired-body contains any amount of schedule I or II controlled substance was dismissed.

Larissa L. Diaz, 22, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $270.99, restitution $170.99, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Margie E. Loveng, 52, of Sherburn had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.
