Driving after suspension — Jose A. Guerra Najera, 33, of Fairmont; fined $285.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Ashley Jo Hilgendorf, 27, of Welcome; each fined $285.

Jorge A. Paz, 24, of Granada was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Andrew P. Wolfe, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $50. Also convicted of truck bumper height 25 inches; fined $50.

Owen P. Kilts, 45, of Spencer, Iowa was convicted of traffic collision violation-failure to notify owner of damaged property; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved 30 days, no same or similar. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Additional charge of careless driving was dismissed.

Daniel J. Lotzgesell, 39, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 46 days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Eliseo Soto Jr., 47, of Bakersfield, Calif. was convicted of speeding; fined $120. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
