Morris, 31, of Trimont was convicted of fourth-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Also convicted of hunting violation-illegal transport of firearm in motor vehicle-unloaded and uncased in prohibited area; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and rear lamps required on all motor vehicles and vehicles at end of train, were both dismissed.

Errol C. Edwards, 65, of Ocala, Fla. was convicted of CMV violation-wrong color, location or position of lamps or reflectors; fined $115. Also convicted of CMV violation-record of duty status no current (log book); fined $50.
