Driver fails to stop for stop sign — Lowell R. Boesch, 65, of Truman; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Pedro Perez Solis, 30, of Fairfax; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Neil D. Osborn, 24, of Winnebago; fined $285.

Tyler K. Morris, 31, of Trimont was convicted of fourth-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Also convicted of hunting violation-illegal transport of firearm in motor vehicle-unloaded and uncased in prohibited area; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and rear lamps required on all motor vehicles and vehicles at end of train, were both dismissed.

Logan A. Crotty, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to yield to pedestrian/vehicle; fined $135. Also convicted of fail to install seat belts within 30 days of registration; fined $50.

Ryan S. Carlson, 28, of Granada was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Errol C. Edwards, 65, of Ocala, Fla. was convicted of CMV violation-wrong color, location or position of lamps or reflectors; fined $115. Also convicted of CMV violation-record of duty status no current (log book); fined $50.
