Driving after revocation — Tracie L. Rosacker, 52, of New Richland; Ronda K. Osmundsen, 55, of Blue Earth; each fined $285.
Luanna R. Lozano, 31, of Wells was convicted of giving peace officer false date of birth; fined $285, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time serve four days. An additional felony charge of aiding an offender-A&D order issued was dismissed.
Brennan Alic-Carlson Schug, 18, of Delavan received a stay of adjudication on a charge of school bus violation-fail to stop; fined $185, six months probation to the court, no same or similar.
Fawaz M. Abukar, 22, of Rochester was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $185.
Rogelio Lopez, 37, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.
Ronald D. Edwin, 73, of Walters was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.
Keairra I. Brown, 22, of Rochester was convicted of drivers license instruction permit violations-persons 18 or older-requirements; $135. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Damian J. Chapa, 19, of Frost received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance sales-marijuana mixture except small amount of marijuana with no remuneration; fined $150, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the Rule 25 assessment completed 10/24/19, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing as requested by probation or law enforcement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and underage alcohol consumption, were all dismissed.
