Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Terrica C. Broome, 50, of Fairmont; fined $135.

William M. Gangana Cody, 22, of Becker received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $700, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no possession of alcohol or mood-altering chemicals, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Jamie L. Hatfield, 32, of Lewisville received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,000, sentenced to jail 17 days, credit for time served 17 days, five years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment within 90 days of sentencing, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Two additional felony charges of third-degree controlled substance sales, and third-degree controlled substance possession in school/park/public housing zone, were both dismissed.

Dale R. Dailey II, 28, of Granada was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.

James L. Burnaugh, 36, of St. Paul was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Jeremy D. Ziemke, 37, of Janesville was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of vehicle registration required; fined $30.

Brady J. Banse, 30, of Madison, S.D., was convicted on two separate charges of no Minnesota registration; fined $185 for the first charge and $100 for the second offense. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Christian Hinojosa Conde, 33, of Burnsville was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Arica L. Moeller, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40.
