Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Isaiah L. Johnson, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Sergio Castro Lopez, 21, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving wrong way on one-way street — Judith A. Jarvis, 48, of Sherburn; fined $185.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Zachary S. Keller, 24, of Ramsey; fined $135.

Levi D. Kutschara, 32, of Algona, Iowa, received a stay of adjudication on a charge of CMV violation-operate CMV without a CDL that meets standards of state or jurisdiction of domicile; fined $300, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also convicted of CMV violation-breakaway braking requirements for trailers violations-no breakaway brake system; fined $300.

Edward G. Smith, 53, of Elmore was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $285. Also convicted of display expired registration; fined $30.

Adam L. Smith, 43, of Dunnell was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $335, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.

Dakota Dean J. Malo, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $185. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed.
