Kutschara, 32, of Algona, Iowa, received a stay of adjudication on a charge of CMV violation-operate CMV without a CDL that meets standards of state or jurisdiction of domicile; fined $300, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also convicted of CMV violation-breakaway braking requirements for trailers violations-no breakaway brake system; fined $300.
