Wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call — David A. Bradford, 48, of Lu Verne, Iowa; fined $135.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Adam H. Gruis, 27, of Luverne, fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Jason R. Leaders, 38, of Burnsville; fined $135.

Fish & Game violation-take fish without angling license — Cindy M. Corleto-Ortega, 30, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No insurance-owner violation — Marcus L. Johnson, 51, of Solon, Iowa; fined $285.

Thomas M. Porter, 24, of Pipestone was convicted on two separate charges of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; sentenced to jail 90 days, concurrent with other case for both counts.

Caitlyn M. Krahmer, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; fined $610, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 364 days for two years, credit for time served one day, two years supervised probation, restitution reserved for 45 days for county attorney to file, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay appropriate fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of fourth-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Danielle J. Lyon, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 79 days for one year, credit for time served 11 days, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Felisha M. Marrero Torres, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
