Improperly worn seat belt –Tori Elizabeth J. Quade, 30, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Display expired registration — Ashley Jo Hilgendorf, 26, of Welcome; fined $115.

Passing on right when prohibited — Cassandra M. Johnson, 40, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Open bottle law violation-possession — Aaron C. Fetters, 46, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams — Matthew D. Lester Rafferty, 40, of Connelly Springs, N.C.; fined $235.

Kenneth M. Anderson Jr., 33, of Estherville, Iowa, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. An additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Jared J. Donnelly, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $150. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $135.

Eric S. Driehorst, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of truck bumper height 25 inches; fined $135. Additional charge of window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed was dismissed.

Joseph D. Madsen, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40. Additional charge of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance was dismissed.

Jay R. Arnold, 37, of Sherburn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Jeffrey M. Lillevold, 33, of Ormsby was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Danielle V. Hall, 33, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $200, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no assault.

Jeramy Chad A. Truax, 21, of Truman was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
