Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Kimberly K. Olson, 64, of Bricelyn; William K. Olson, 37, of Amboy; Eric W. Feist, 53, of Wells; Donald E. Jensen, 76, of Albert Lea; each fined $110.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Glenn R. Abbott, 56, of Rochester; fined $135.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Jaydee S. Ewalt, 33, of Amboy; fined $135.

Disorderly conduct — Lenn A. Roth, 46, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Michael A. Gardner, 43, of Lake Mills, Iowa; fined $285.

Exceed allowable 80,000 pounds gross weight — Christopher M. Pedro, 37, of Dushore, Pa.; fined $585.

Michael J. Diel, 33, of Amboy was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical use assessment with probation agent and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of driving after suspension, speeding, and careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway, were all dismissed.

Craig T. Joyce, 58, of Bricelyn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of dangerous weapons-recklessly handle or use; fined $585, one year unsupervised probation, complete 16 hours of firearm safety training and provide proof to probation agent.

Aaron M. Greenlee, 32, of Truman was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and open bottle violation, were both dismissed.
