Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Maecelino Flores Campos, 34, of Columbus, Neb.; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Whitney E. Fritzmeier, 48, of Welcome; fined $285.

Robert J. Siems, 51, of Fairmont had a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a charge of solid waste collection/storage continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Michael A. Tilley, 49, of Fairmont was convicted of financial transaction card fraud-use without consent; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 338 days for two years, credit for time served 27 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, restitution reserved, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete a psychological diagnostic evaluation and follow all recommendations, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 27 days, credit for time served 27 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete a psychological diagnostic evaluation and follow all recommendations, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
