Calvin P. Smick, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Amber G. Carroll, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Stephen A. Tidemanson, 21, of Mason City, Iowa was convicted of fifth-degree assault; sentenced to jail 365 days, credit for time served 115 days.
