Failure of driver approaching yield sign to yield to crossing vehicles or pedestrians — Laurie J. Forshee, 65, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Laurie G. Rubedor, 60, of Fairmont was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, serve two days in jail and 28 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, continue to address mental health needs as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of probation agent or law enforcement who has reasonable suspicion of use, remain law-abiding, no driving without valid drivers license and insurance, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of second-degree operate vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Giovanni L. Barrientos, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, complete diagnostic assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no assault, no new assaultive or threatening offenses, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Dianne M. Bittenbinder, 66, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to stop or pass school bus with child outside; fined $200, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Marian R. Vallette Fuentes, 60, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to stop or pass school bus with child outside; fined $200, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Erica J. Geurtz, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of receiving stolen property; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved as County has 30 days to file certificate, no same or similar. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.
