Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Todd L. Olson, 53, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class or type — Melgar Gilberto-Gutierrez, 40, of Wells; fined $185.

Driver who is not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required — Tiffany R. Schluter, 35, of Lake Crystal; fined $285.

Over legal tandem axle weight — Stephen P. Zeimet, 65, of Stewartville; fined $485.

Jeffery J. Hookham, 49, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $50, sentenced to jail 14 days, credit for time served 14 days.

Tina M. Moore, 42, of New Ulm received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after cancellation; fined $285, six months unsupervised probation, no DAC/DAR/DAS violations, no same or similar.

Sarah A. Schuur, 48, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days. Additional charge of tamper with motor vehicle-enter without owner permission was dismissed.

Marguerita E. Abujobarah, 42, of Mason City, Iowa, received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all recommendations of substance use evaluation at Prairie Ridge completed 9/16/19 and specifically complete outpatient services, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives is prohibited by law. Also convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance was dismissed.

Donald R. Graves, 33, of Alden was convicted of careless driving; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure to keep to the right was dismissed.
