Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — James M. Leader, 37, of Sebeka; fined $110.

Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Isaias D. Walker, 20, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

No Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Claudio E. DeGollado, 29, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Joseph E. Loyd, 28, of Minneapolis; fined $285.

Exceed allowable 80,000 pound gross weight — Gary R. Ziegler, 62, of Lyle; fined $585.

Jessica J. Mulholland, 35, of Albert Lea received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 51 days, credit for time served 51 days, one year supervised probation, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, complete inpatient treatment and further recommendations from Project Turnabout, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives is prohibited by law. Additional charges of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Lyle K. Doerr Jr., 43, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no same or similar, no assaultive or disorderly conduct.

Donald M. Rezac, 54, of Waseca received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), may retrieve uncontested items with police officer from victim’s residence, no same or similar.

Alex M. Mendenhall, 20, of Northrop received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, can do STS for fines, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, contact Rule 25 Assessor within two days to complete the updated Rule 25 assessment and follow all recommendations taking the first available intake appointment time, complete mental health diagnostic assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Dana M. Tatge, 34, of Kiester was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185, restitution to remain open for 30 days.

Beth A. Celander, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of texting/use of electronic device while driving; fined $50.

Marlon Gonzalez Perez, 32, of Miami Beach, Fla., was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of CMV violation-falsified entries in log book; fined $300.
