Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Eldon M. Beenken, 81, of Blue Earth; Clarence R. Rabich, 77, of North Bloomfield, Ohio; each fined $110.

Failure to drive with due care — Ronald D. Edwin, 73, of Walters; fined $125.

Unsecured load — John B. Irons, 61, of Buffalo Center, Iowa; fined $145.

No or inoperative breakaway brakes — John P. Curlo, 51, of Ashton, Neb.; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Kasey A. Shaffer, 29, of Elmore; fined $285.

Shaun M. Gleckler, 24, of Everett, Wash., received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar. Additional charge of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle was dismissed.

Chloe A. Olson, 26, of Bremerton, Wash., received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

James D. Anderson, 60, of Blue Earth was convicted of turn signals required; fined $125. Also convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $100.

Brian M. Finke, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day. Also convicted of driving without a motorcycle endorsement; fined $50. Additional charges of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, and motor vehicle registration-unregistered-certain acts forbidden, were both dismissed.

Garrett K. Weyhrauch, 45, of Wells received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow recommendations of the chemical dependency evaluation completed 9/17/19, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives is prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Kanell A. Powers, 20, of Rochester was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of careless driving; fined $100.
