Rachael A. Weatherford, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Eric P. Schulte, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285.

Matthew R. Bonine, 46, of Onawa, Iowa, was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Erik V. Godwin, 39, of Dunnell was convicted of fish and game-take fish without angling license; fined $185, due within 60 days, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.
