Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Bradley J. Sherman, 59, of Truman; fined $110.

Front and rear license plates required — Tyler D. Watson, 24, of Willmar; fined $115.

Failure of driver to stop for a stop sign — Donald C. Kuchenbecker, 67, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Michael L. Sauck, 30, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Anthony Sandoval, 29, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Skylar N. Aguilar, 24, of Wellington, Texas, was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree controlled substance possession-50 grams or more; fined $3,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 65 months, stayed 10 years, sentenced to jail 139 days, credit for time served 139 days, 10 years supervised probation, if defendant plans to reside in Texas, interstate compact rules apply and defendant must meet with agent and complete the transfer process, complete chemical assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of give peace officer false name, were both dismissed.

Melissa H. Baker, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. One additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and misdemeanor charges of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, snow removal on sidewalks, and overnight parking, were all dismissed.

Tanner R. Klug, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Armando J. Rivera, 56, of Fairmont was convicted of junk-other than weeds and grass; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, clean property and keep it clean, no same or similar. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage was dismissed.

Amber J. Schuld, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted on another separate charge of driving after revocation; fined $200, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Brent N. Shaikoski, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days.

Timmy J. Stanley, 31, of Pine Bluff, Ark. was convicted of careless driving; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Michele M. Knutson, 52, of Mankato was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of passing on right when prohibited; fined $50.
