Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Dorotheye A. Copley, 39, of Fairmont; fined $185.
Underage alcohol consumption — Zachary J. Ringnell, 18, of Sherburn; fined $185.
Driving after revocation — Heather L. Hahn, 46, of Fairmont; fined $285.
Malachi D. Smith, 39, of Sherburn was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.
Savannah Harvey, 22, of Welcome had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
Celeste K. Olson, 40, of Trimont was convicted of failure to meet support and anchoring requirements; fined $185. Additional charge of issue, display or possess insurance ID card when insurance not in force was dismissed.
Roger L. Miedtke, 81, of Fairmont had a charge of failure to dim headlights within 1000 feet of oncoming vehicle continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, no traffic-related convictions.
Isela Bravo Roblero, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of identity theft violation-transfers/possesses/uses identity of another person; sentenced to jail 56 days, credit for time served 56 days, pay restitution, docket as a civil judgment of $1,000. Additional felony charge of forgery-use false writing for identification was dismissed.
Hugo Sanchez-Vilchis, 33, of Austin was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
