Possession of drug paraphernalia — Alexandra M. Byrd, 23, of Wells; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Brandi M. Gonzales-Gutierrez, 22, of Wells; fined $185.

Expired proof of motor vehicle insurance — Edward A. Connell, 48, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Travis M. Lunz, 30, of St. Cloud was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 217 days, credit for time served 217 days. An additional felony charge of a felon in possession of firearm convicted of crime of violence, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Jenna L. Hansen, 24, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of violation of HRO; fined $285, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Alexander M. Wyman, 23, of New Ulm had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no assaultive or disorderly conduct violations, no same or similar.

Caitlyn J. Hennager, 18, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days, five years supervised probation, mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete chemical assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, was dismissed.

John W. Crowley Rosenberg, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of give peace officer false name, birthdate or ID card; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing if requested by law enforcement, no same or similar. Additional charge of underage alcohol consumption was dismissed.
