Possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams — Austin P. Allen, 21, of Winnebago; fined $135.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Elvia Ramirez Lozoya, 52, of Elmore; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Chelsi M. Bergemann, 30, of Wells; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Elijah E. Johnson, 22, of Wells; fined $285.

Robert L. Bracken, 55, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Diana L. Fernandez, 48, of Elmore was convicted of driver fails to stop for stop sign; fined $135. Additional charge of failure of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Terry L. Bowen, 46, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60. Also convicted of failure of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $50.

Anthony J. Alleven, 27, of Winnebago was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Nicholas A. Knutson, 21, of Kiester was convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

David S. Sengmany, 38, of Jackson was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Keylow L. Harper, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted on three separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $50. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Nicole P. Cuevas, 21, of Bricelyn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
