Speeding — James B. Middleton, 82, of Louisville, Ky.; fined $125.

Tyler J. Ayers, 29, of Welcome; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Brandon L. Loeschen, 38, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Jacob A. Loughmiller, 21, of Welcome received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Paul B. McKim, 51, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 81 says for one year, credit for time served nine days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, domestic abuse evaluation and follow recommendations, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, no same or similar, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting, domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order, and contempt of court-willful disobedience to court mandate, were all dismissed.

Chad A. Pina, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Dale A. Bryan, 65, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Orwin E. Cuadros Puente, 32, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
