Miller, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of violation of a domestic abuse no contact order; sentenced to jail one year, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served six days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, domestic abuse evaluation, remain law abiding, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, contact probation agent if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship/transport/possess or receive firearms or ammo. Also convicted of a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct; fined $100, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, contact probation agent if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship/transport/possess or receive firearms or ammo.

Daniel J. Lotzgesell, 39, received a stay of adjudication on a misdemeanor count of violating a domestic abuse no contact order, sentenced to jail one year, stayed for 339 days for one year, credit for time served 26 days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no assault, no contact with victim(s).

Jesse J. Cowing, 40, of Mankato received a stay of adjudication on a misdemeanor charge of drug possession in the fifth degree, not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 45 days, one year supervised probation, participate in individual counseling, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, make contact with Lutheran Social Services for Financial Counseling, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain drivers license, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
