Clyde W. Burger, 30, of Choctaw, Okla., was convicted of speeding, fined $125.

Peter M. Byrne, 57, of Eau Claire, Wis., was convicted of texting of electronic device while driving; fined $135.

Conor D. Franklin, 17, of Winnebago was convicted of speeding; fined $125.

William H. Katra, 73, of La Crosse, Wis., was convicted of failing to wear a seatbelt; fined $110.

David R. Schuh, 37, of Vadnais Heights was convicted of speeding; fined $125.
