Andrew M. Ritzert, 46, of Wells was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test, and open bottle law-possession violation, were both dismissed.
Kasey A. Shaffer, 28, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $50.
Tyler J. Stallman, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Tyler R. Possin, 27, of Winnebago was convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation was dismissed.
