Rodolfo Lopez, 39, of Chicago, Ill.; fined $385.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Cory R. Green, 39, of Alden; fined $110.

Operate unlicensed watercraft — Brad T. Stevermer, 40, of Easton; fined $135.

Gross weight exceeds registered limit — Caleb E. Hagedorn, 21, of Frost; fined $685.

Cassandra J. Gimmer, 33, of Mankato was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $135 on the first offense and $85 for the second. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle after license suspension/revocation/cancellation; fined $135. Additional charges of driving after revocation, no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and owner allows illegal operation, were all dismissed.

Jaryd M. Johnson, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $235. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Chadd A. Mayer, 52, of Rochester received a stay of adjudication on a charge of ignition interlock restriction violation; fined $385, six months unsupervised probation, comply with ignition interlock program. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

DISTRICT COURT

Barrie A. Skweres, 54, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 82 days, credit for time served 82 days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, mental health diagnostic, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, maintain employment, contact probation officer within 24 hours of sentencing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Daniel J. Fischer, 48, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a charge of accumulation of garbage; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
