Fail to stop when lights are flashing at railroad crossings — Kyle P. Albrecht, 32, of Belle Plaine; fined $185.

Over legal tandem axle weight — Brian A. Bakkum, 44, of Forest City, Iowa; fined $385.

John T. Krolak, 26, of Lino Lakes received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $285, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Ashley M. Rosenfeldt, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Kory J. Hueper, 28, of Wells was convicted of hunting-use artificial lights to spot, locate or take wild animals (possess firearm, bow or other); fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, comply with DNR and Minnesota statute regulations concerning hunting privileges, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no same or similar. Also convicted of hunting-illegal transport of firearm in motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, comply with DNR statute regulations regarding hunting, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charge of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle was dismissed.

Jaime V. Baltazar, 48, of Worthington received a stay of adjudication on a charge of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL): fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, work on getting Minnesota drivers license, no same or similar.

Ashley R. Fraser, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
