Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Jay M. Doyscher, 45, of Fairmont; Robert L. Maday, 28, of Fairmont; Jeremy D. Watkins, 44, of Armstrong, Iowa; each fined $110.

Junk violation — Robert R. Berg, 57, of Mountain Lake; Steven H. Dahle, 69, of Trimont; Brian M. Girard, 43, of Trimont; Keya M. Ricard, 33, of Trimont; each fined $135.

Dog at large — Monica J. Pavich, 33, of Trimont; fined $135.

Smoking, chewing tobacco or e-cigarettes-prohibited in public school — Sawyer M. Brau, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

No Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Taylor E. Andringa, 34, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Lischelle M. Anderson, 31, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Brandon A. Linscheid, 34, of Faribault was convicted of fail to deliver title to transferee within 10 days; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

James R. Polzine, 51, of Heron Lake was convicted of driving while impaired; fined $860, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for one year, credit for time served four days, serve balance of 26 days on home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, maintain employment, contact probation officer within 24 hours of sentencing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of penalties for failure to provide vehicle insurance, and driving restrictions violation-authority, were both dismissed.

Daniel G. Hanson, 55, of Sherburn had a charge of violation of OFP continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Cameron J. Hatfield, 27, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of drivers license violation-limited drivers license conditions-license not in possession; fined $185 for each charge.

Michael S. Smith, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $135. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
