Use of wireless communications device-compose, read or send electronic message in motion or in traffic — Alex O. Dorow, 16, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Samantha M. Henricksen, 23, of Welcome; fined $135.

CMV violation-cargo securement (improper load securement) — Patrick A. Chase, 45, of Sherburn; fined $385.

Jaime A. Gonzalez, 24, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of threats of violence; fined $910, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 60 days, five years supervised probation, no contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, complete chemical assessment within 90 days of sentencing, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, restitution reserved, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 60 days, Domestic No Contact (DANCO). Three separate felony charges of threats of violence and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault-commit act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm, were all dismissed.

Cullen Alexander-Casey Kulick, 21, of Novi, Mich. was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
