Ped./bikes/non-motorized traffic/motorized bikes prohibited on highway — Kiefer L. Eagletail, 26, of Bismarck, N.D.; fined $125.

Failure to drive with due care — William P. Wilcox, 86, of La Mesa, Calif.; fined $125.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Nicholas J. Vogel, 19, of Lamberton; Sharon J. Ring, 62, of Fairmont; each fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Edgar M. Moran Y Moran, 31, of Worthington; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Scott W. Dupraz, 47, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Randy A. Merrill, 48, of Fairmont was convicted on three separate charges of overnight parking violation; fined $32 for each charge.

Luis R. Rodriguez Burgos, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver approaching intersection to yield right-of-way; fined $50.

Jessica Dawn C. Sachsenmaier, 25, of Oakdale received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $485, one year supervised probation, may do STS for fines, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Danielle V. Hall, 33, of Truman was convicted of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Jackson L. Thate, 21, of Mankato was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of bumper height 25 inches (truck); fined $50.

Kelvin B. King, 25, of Jackson was convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $125. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; find $50.
