Davon M. Barber, 21, of Kent, Wash. received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no gross misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.
Kenneth C. Carson, 53, of Winnebago was convicted of brake lights-minimum of two; fined $125. Additional charge of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle was dismissed.
