Damion B. Hiebert, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete diagnostic assessment and follow up with mental health management as recommended, no assault, no same or similar, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons including no replica weapons, no BB guns and no pocket knives, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of sale of tobacco or tobacco-related device to children under 18 years of age; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete diagnostic assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation including cooperating with referral to adult mental health, no contact with persons under age 18, no same or similar, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Michael A. Lorenzen, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and provide proof to agent, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.
