Speeding — Katie Jo Davis, 37, of Albert Lea: fined $125.

Joshua A. Pourrier, 27, of Wells was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served five days, may serve balance of jail on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, may serve in Freeborn County or Faribault County Jail, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, complete outpatient chemical dependency treatment and follow recommendations for all care and aftercare, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency evaluation completed 2/4/19, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sentence to service six days for indeterminate, cognitive skill training as recommended by agent, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. One additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard, and an additional misdemeanor charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor, were both dismissed.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Tanner R. Klug, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Kurtis L. Lynch, 27, of Sherburn; fined $285.
