Jones, 47, of Wells was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, sentence to service two days for 60 days. Also convicted of careless driving; fined $264.14, restitution $79.14, restitution reserved for 30 days. Additional charges of no proof of insurance, and failure to notify owner of damaged property, were both dismissed.

Matthew J. Bertram, 47, of Buffalo Center, Iowa; fined $135.

Failure to stop for traffic control signal — Mike W. Heinzman, 41, of St. James; fined $135.

William B. Varnadore, 35, of Fort Smith, S.C was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $885, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, restitution reserved, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay required fees, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition, sign all releases of information as directed. Also convicted of traffic collision-failure of driver involved to stop for collision of driven or attended vehicle; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 77 days for one year, credit for time served 13 days, one year supervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information as directed. One additional felony charge of theft-take or drive motor vehicle without owner consent, and two misdemeanor charges of traffic collision-failure of driver involved to stop for collision of driven or attended vehicle, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were all dismissed.

Jessica L. Byrne, 29, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Erica L. Leach, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; sentenced to jail 365 days, credit for time served 365 days. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $209.03, restitution $209.03, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, pay restitution. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Dorian L. Stinnett, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $135. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type was dismissed.

Steve A. Thompson, 20, of Ceylon was convicted of reckless driving-racing on street or highway; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Kimberly K, Kalas, 52, of Truman was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $360, restitution $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, pay restitution.

Robynn A. Muravez, 39, of Elmore had a charge of littering-dangerous object on highway continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Additional charge of unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like was dismissed.

Niki M. Stanley, 32, of Worthington was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree assault-two or more previous convictions in three years; fined $160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 16 months, supply DNA sample. Additional felony charges of fourth-degree assault of peace officer-throws/transfers bodily fluids or feces at or onto an officer, fourth-degree assault of peace officer-demonstrable bodily harm, fourth-degree assault of correctional employee/probation officer-intentionally transfers bodily fluids, fourth-degree assault of correctional employee/probation officer-demonstrable bodily harm, and fifth-degree assault-two or more previous convictions, were all dismissed.
