Joshua A. Brown, 33, of Armstrong, Iowa; fined $135.

Timothy Ward, 60, of Bethesda, Md.; fined $145.

Driving after suspension — Nathen C. Kabes Mayer, 36, of Maplewood; fined $285.

Elias Reyes, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Santos A. Flores, 28, of Worthington received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, no disorderly conduct, no alcohol violations.

Alejandro Gauna, 25, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, complete residential substance use treatment program and follow recommendations for all care and aftercare, follow all recommendations for the Rule 25 Chemical Use Evaluation completed 4/19/19, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor, fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving after revocation, and possession of open bottle, were all dismissed.

Chad A. Nagel, 42, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic assault; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, enroll and complete the domestic abuse program, follow all recommendations of the current chemical dependency assessment dated 3/25/19, continue therapy sessions with Dr. Fallingstad or other therapist until formally discharged, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ boisterous/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Additional charge of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer was dismissed.

Stacy L. Osmundson, 42, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of violate harassment restraining order; one year unsupervised probation, no violations of harassment restraining order, no violations of domestic abuse, no violations of no contact orders or Order for Protection, no same or similar.
