Emily B. Morse, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree burglary; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, serve as work release in custody if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, pay restitution, no contact with victim(s) excluded from Hardee’s property, remain law-abiding, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training, take medications as prescribed and provide proof to agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Carrey L. Ross, 22, of Estherville, Iowa, was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $885, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 355 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, two years supervised probation, contact with probation after court to complete interstate compact paperwork, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charges of third-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment-situation could cause harm or death, giving peace officer false name of another person, driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under the age of eight and under 57 inches, were all dismissed.

Ryan Joseph J. Stetler, 27, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of aiding an offender to avoid arrest-harbor and conceal; fined $105.46, restitution $5.46, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, pay restitution, contact with probation within 24 hours from sentencing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Alonzo A. Harris, 32, of Truman was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Arron J. Boje Hecker, 37, of Sherburn was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $85, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days.
