Open bottle law-possession — Jordan L. Ricke, 26, of Bancroft, Iowa; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Dennis P. Spencer, 63, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Francis J. Eagle, 26, of St. James received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $600, sentenced to jail 28 days, credit for time served 28 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, follow recommendations of evaluation completed on 1-28-19, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t ship/receive/possess/transport firearms or ammunition.

Brenden C. Weihe, 18, of Lewisville received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, contact with probation, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charges of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Christopher S. Byrnes, 47, of Bethel, Alaska, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Frank Garduno, 26, of Jackson was convicted of give peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 80 days for one year, credit for time served two days, serve as work release, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle after license suspension/revocation/ cancellation; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Alex E. Orcutt, 26, of Faribault was convicted on a felony charge of possession of stolen property; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 553 days, credit for time served 553 days, release from custody 4-25-19, five years supervised probation.
